Facility Asset Management Leadership

Bill Faesenmeier
Director of Operations

Mr. Faesenmeier leads the planning, development, and implementation of the division's capital planning software solutions. He has over 29 years experience in engineering, consulting, design and information technology focused on architecture, building construction, facility asset management, and financial systems.

Mr. Faesenmeier's experience as a facility consultant includes project management of complex, multi-site software development projects and the many phases of the software engineering lifecycle including user requirements definition, software requirements definition, conceptual and logical systems design, architectural design, testing, quality control, and project management. He has direct experience in overall product development management, end-user training, product packaging, and development of user-guide documentation.

 

DeAllen Norris
Principal Project Manager

Mr. Norris is responsible for executing and implementation of project management plans for the division. He was also instrumental in the development of the current facility asset management software. His involvement with engineering software applications includes all phases from conceptual design through application.

Mr. Norris has 21 years of experience in project management and facilities engineering with the company. He has managed multiple nationwide projects and performed facility conditions surveys for numerous types of facilities in the public and private sectors.

 

Ron Icard
Development Director

Mr. Icard is responsible for overseeing the development teams responsible for production of facility management and capital planning software. He has over 18 years development experience and previously managed large data development projects and supervised various developer teams.

Prior to joining MACTEC FLG, Icard was president/senior software architect for Woodstock, GA-based Software Principles. His company provided software solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and local and federal government agencies. He also designed, implemented and maintained desktop, tablet PC, and web-based data collection, analysis and reporting systems for clients.

 

Suzanne McCollum
Marketing Director

Ms. McCollum is responsible for planning and execution of the strategic and tactical marketing plans for the MACTEC FLG Division. She has 17 years of facilities marketing experience focusing on the private sector. Ms. McCollum experience includes, strategic planning, and all aspects of internal and external marketing communications.

Ms. McCollum graduated from the University of Georgia and is currently a member of the American Marketing Association, Society for Marketing Professionals, and Public Relations Society of America, and is a past Board Member for Cobb MicroEnterprise Center.

 

David Smyth
Implementation, Support & Maintenance Engineer

Mr. Smyth manages the implementation, support, and maintenance of all software applications developed by the company. He has over 17 years of experience with database development, software development, and training. In addition, Mr. Smyth also has experience with facility infrastructure projects, process and controls equipment, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, and implementation of information technology solutions.
